Born and raised in The Bronx, Cy Rubiera is no stranger to adversity. As a teenager, he found himself caught up in the streets—running with gangs, involved in crime, and living a life that seemed destined for failure. But after several close calls and some time spent behind bars, Cy had a life-altering realization: the path he was on wasn’t leading to success, fulfillment, or happiness. It was time for a change.
With a fierce determination to turn his life around, Cy embarked on a journey of self-mastery, discipline, and personal growth. Today, he is the founder of NŌBL, a movement dedicated to empowering men to rise above their circumstances and build lives of purpose, honor, and strength.
Through his personal transformation, Cy has developed a deep understanding of the challenges men face, particularly those growing up in tough environments. Drawing from his own experiences, he now dedicates his life to helping others cultivate the mindset, discipline, and tools necessary to break free from limiting beliefs and achieve greatness.
